Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustino Rozarius in the 51st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Venezuela's 唐昆志 threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patricio Costa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 59th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 郝震辰 in the 64th minute of play. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Salvador Gisberts short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got 唐昆志 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Duarte in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marko Libell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Duarte came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Venezuela players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
