Nunez Cordarius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Cibran in the 4th minute of play. Zeledon Luzea struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Noel Seide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SportingLanus. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Noel Seide successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Baldomiro Cibran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. After having played for 40 minutes, Angelino Guillelme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SportingLanus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Guillelme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of SportingLanus booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saint Jean Pierre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haiti's Noel Seide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Cibran in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomiro Cibran made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Cibran in the 54th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57thth minute of the game Baldomiro Cibran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Haiti's Noel Seide was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute Zeledon Luzea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Cibran in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Zeledon Luzea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Cordarius in the 65th minute of play. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Raymond Louis with Gesner Philippe as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Cordarius in the 72nd minute of the match. Baldomiro Cibran took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Noel Seide. Noel Seide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jonathan Alphonse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Gervásio Lage made a huge save. Noel Seide came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by SportingLanus's Baldomiro Cibran. But to his dismay, Baldomiro Cibran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeledon Luzea in the 81st minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SportingLanus's Baldomiro Cibran in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Haiti's goalie prevented a goal. 95 minutes into the match, SportingLanus's Nunez Cordarius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Noel Seide narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There was no doubt that SportingLanus were the better team. SportingLanus's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
