Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denis Dolmos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 3rd minute of the match. Denis Dolmos came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Atlético Argentino's Denis Dolmos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Dolmos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nofre came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eufemio Yabbarov in the 22nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eufemio Yabbarov was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Argentino's players had a chance to rest. Luca Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Denis Dolmos having to make a save. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Alberto Tafalla sped through Atlético Argentino's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Denis Dolmos. Meder Fabelo kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nofre came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Dolmos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ennu Krae who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 34 minutes, Luca Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 35 played minutes Atlético Argentino got a freekick which was hit by Eufemio Yabbarov. 36 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denis Dolmos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josemir Lujambio in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game Josemir Lujambio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Luque lost his temper 45 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 46 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Felix Luque. Eufemio Yabbarov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

Atlético Argentino made a substitution. Pascual Ledesma replaced Pastor Nofre. In the 54th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Alberto Tafalla could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Denis Dolmos however easily saved by the left post. Josemir Lujambio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dante Lacasa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquín Guzmán in the 70th minute of play. Atlético Argentino's J.J Huge was substituted for Joaquín Guzmán. Atlético Argentino's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo scored to the left of an out of position Denis Dolmos, making the score, 2-5. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josemir Lujambio, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Piarres in the 82nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Jago in the 83rd minute of the match. Atlético Argentino's Denis Dolmos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Argentino from getting a goal against them. In the 88th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Luca Rouco was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Argentino's J.J Huge. But to his dismay, J.J Huge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. 97 minutes into the game, Eulalio Jago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-5. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match was over Mexico could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atlético Argentino throughout the match.
