Gavino Raymundo came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute of the game Macos Graciani made a throw-in which Alberto Tafalla played forward. In the 15th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Raymundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Sobczak in the 19th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gavino Raymundo having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Gavino Raymundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Teofil Sobczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Sobczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A well-hit corner resulted in Luca Zorita heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After a rather tough play, ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】's 武扬南 got a free kick in the 39th minute. When Joel Gaona came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Gaona couldn't finish the play. Helge Bäck's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Helge Bäck helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】 got a freekick which was hit by Helge Bäck. Gavino Raymundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】's Gavino Raymundo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 53rd minute of play. After 57 minutes of play, ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】's Teofil Sobczak made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Gavino Raymundo made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Manolito Puyol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Raymundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Raymundo went to the wrong direction when Joel Gaona was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】's 鲁德响 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Sobczak in the 79th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 84thth minute tested the skills of Gavino Raymundo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 85th minute 卓明义 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Helge Bäck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 played minutes ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】 got a freekick which was hit by 乔亦军. ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】's 鲁德响 managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leonardo Leoz in the 99 minute of the game. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ≮王者归来≯ 致青春【KICKER】 to leave the ground with a draw.
