Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 14th match minute, Primatas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Håkansson to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emílio Lendaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Mai Bin Kuan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The supporters of Primatas FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Michel Čech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primatas FC made a substitution. Shao Zheng replaced Xandinho Foden. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mai Bin Kuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Bin Kuan in the 66th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Mai Bin Kuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Bin Kuan in the 70th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primatas FC were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jacobo Argi took the corner. Primatas FC's Jacobo Argi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Ferrant in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Shao Zheng struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Primatas FC. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mai Bin Kuan's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mai Bin Kuan in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Jacobo Argi made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Venezuela's attentive Jose Correa managed to snatch the ball when Magno Borges made a throw-in in the 89th minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Bin Kuan in the 92nd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Argi in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Primatas FC had played much better football throughout.
