Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Leontin Nedelciu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. ABK Black Warriors73's Angelo Baciadonne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute of play. Florin Ciuvică who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Florin Ciuvică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Leontin Nedelciu 28 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Ciuvică in the 31st minute of play. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Florin Ciuvică managed to get in a good position for a shot. ABK Black Warriors73's supporters rose to their feet, but Florin Ciuvică was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by ABK Black Warriors73's Florin Ciuvică. But to his dismay, Florin Ciuvică quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Dan Burdulea hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. A hard shot 44 in the game by Florin Ciuvică from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. If Mihnea Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Mina's late challenge caught a ABK Black Warriors73's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rigoberto Mina helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

If Florin Ciuvică had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 58 minutes into the match, Mihnea Gârleanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihnea Gârleanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 61st minute, Mihnea Gârleanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ABK Black Warriors73 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 64th minute, Mihnea Gârleanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Florin Ciuvică notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 72 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Mihnea Gârleanu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes in the game Iustin Poalelungi did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leontin Nedelciu. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Baciadonne having to interfere. When Florin Ciuvică came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the ABK Black Warriors73 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Ciuvică couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the game, ABK Black Warriors73's Florin Ciuvică nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leontin Nedelciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Venezuela booed when ABK Black Warriors73 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Txartiko didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ABK Black Warriors73 had played much better football throughout.
