After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Cipriano Aguilera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Fortín de Floresta's Lucio Stanislao was substituted for Desiderio Brais. El Fortín de Floresta's Hector Selmo got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 84th match minute, El Fortín de Floresta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lisandro Martinez to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Hector Selmo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute, Hector Selmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0.
