Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Villa Verde FC's Erivaldo Borges started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Saul Goodman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolando Noboa. The goal made the score 1-0. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Goodman in the 8th minute of the match. 9 minutes in the game, Saul Goodman dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The supporters of Villa Verde FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efraim Gilabert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Feng Chao Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Peru booed when Villa Verde FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grigore Coroian didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Villa Verde FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Feng Chao Wei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dida Viana hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feng Chao Wei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Feng Chao Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 31st minute of play. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelayo Mendez in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 35 minutes, Julian Murillo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Verde FC's Feng Chao Wei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saul Goodman got free with Rolando Noboa in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 40th minute of play forced Villa Verde FC's goalkeeper Feng Chao Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Peru's Luz Tejedor to fire away a dangerous shot which Feng Chao Wei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Dida Viana hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pelayo Mendez in the 57th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milagros Fraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feng Chao Wei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelayo Mendez, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Pelayo Mendez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Goodman, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Villa Verde FC's Belmiro Borges was substituted for Dida Viana. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 75th minute of play forced Villa Verde FC's goalkeeper Feng Chao Wei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Emmanuel Reyes advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Guilherme Cearense came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luís Guilherme Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru made a substitution. In the 88th minute Luís Guilherme Cearense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Peru's Antonio Tenorio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Feng Chao Wei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Feng Chao Wei had great luck who in the 96thth minute grab hold of the ball when Rafael Gallo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eliseo Mina in the 97th minute. Peru were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Villa Verde FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eliseo Mina took the corner. After 99 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Tenorio. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
