The coaching staff of Juniors FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bastian San Juan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Paraguay played a much better game than Juniors FC and deserved their victory. The Juniors FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
