Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Angel Vito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes Crottos Crotters F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Martin Biörkman. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Vito having to interfere. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Angel Vito having to make a save. Angel Vito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Crottos Crotters F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Solari's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Julio Vera firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 40 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baldomero Mateo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Baldomero Mateo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peng Xiong in the 42nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peng Xiong's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Peng Xiong put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Damian Diagur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Angel Vito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Diagur in the 56th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Crottos Crotters F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Mateo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Vito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angel Vito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 61st minute. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Guido Socorro was substituted for Szilveszter Puja. Crottos Crotters F.C. were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baldomero Mateo took the corner. The corner ended in Benigno Elija almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. After a rather tough play, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Frank Mackensen got a free kick in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Crottos Crotters F.C.'s goalkeeper Angel Vito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Angel Vito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 94th minute. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Crottos Crotters F.C. had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
