The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dario Leizarraga during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to El Bobo y El Bocho getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dario Leizarraga hit a great ball. Felix Maxin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyle Davies, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyle Davies to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Ticho in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Curacao's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabio Ticho was slow to take the kick. During this time El Bobo y El Bocho's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to El Bobo y El Bocho's Angelino Horado getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Bruno Barrett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Ticho's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Fabio Ticho sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. Fabio Ticho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of El Bobo y El Bocho booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 93rd minute, Teobaldo Nuxila made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabio Ticho in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Barrett saved Curacao from getting behind. El Bobo y El Bocho walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
