Haiti's Rodney Emmanuel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Patricio Jimeno in the 10 minute of the game. Lluis Roig made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Caetano Esquide immediately put the ball in play. In the 20th minute, SAS's Oskitz Tendiero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Caetano Esquide got free with Noel Seide in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th play minute Oskitz Tendiero came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Noel Seide. 3-0. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jean Claude Ulysse hit a great ball. Adolfo Larrave was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Caetano Esquide blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Noel Seide having to make a save. 36 minutes into the game, SAS's Caetano Esquide nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Noel Seide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 40th minute, Haiti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Caetano Esquide fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Caetano Esquide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. SAS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Larrave in the 45th minute. The corner led SAS's Adolfo Larrave to fire away a dangerous shot which Noel Seide despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Caetano Esquide came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the SAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caetano Esquide couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oskitz Tendiero made a kick off. After 52 minutes of play, SAS's Oskitz Tendiero made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Noel Seide was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oskitz Tendiero scored 6-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 59 minutes into the game, Caetano Esquide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Noel Seide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute Caetano Esquide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Seide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gesner Philippe hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, SAS's Adolfo Larrave got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Caetano Esquide in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskitz Tendiero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Caetano Esquide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
