Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jaru-Uaru's Humberto Urbano started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Espinar to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dagoberto Prestes got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 8 minutes of play, Honduras's Luca Espinar made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frederico Zonta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Danilo Paulista hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 15th minute Sérgio Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Jaru-Uaru got a freekick which was hit by Agnaldo Sarmento. Edmundo Espiga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frederico Zonta. Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dagoberto Prestes kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 30th minute of play forced Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Frederico Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Espiga kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Frederico Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Jaru-Uaru booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. Frederico Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Edmundo Espiga made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. 56 minutes into the game, Pedro Luiz Massa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 57 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. Pedro Luiz Massa made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. Frederico Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frederico Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederico Zonta having to make a save. Jaru-Uaru's Frederico Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 74th minute of play. After some careless play in the Jaru-Uaru defense, Sebastian Villa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico Zonta. The Jaru-Uaru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico Zonta should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Jaru-Uaru's Agnaldo Sarmento got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Villa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Frederico Zonta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Villa during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jaru-Uaru booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 95 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Jaru-Uaru getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Dagoberto Prestes hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jaru-Uaru.
