Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Faustin Ostermann started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Ramon Del Piero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. Faustin Ostermann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Meninos De Cotia's Faustin Ostermann fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Agnaldo Siqueira hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustin Ostermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Faustin Ostermann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Faustin Ostermann sent off a good shot on target. After 31 played minutes Meninos De Cotia got a freekick which was hit by Agnaldo Siqueira. Silvestre Corderro's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Corderro helped the player get up and apologised. Silvestre Corderro kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Del Piero. After 39 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. 45 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Faustin Ostermann came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Meninos De Cotia's Ramon Del Piero suffered a concussion in the 46th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 47 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Faustin Ostermann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Jeremias Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Oso during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Faustin Ostermann came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustin Ostermann in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Seco came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Rodrigues having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Rodrigues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Hugo Rodrigues made a huge save. Meninos De Cotia's Nicanor Seber was substituted for Agnaldo Siqueira. 78 minutes in the game Alex Chicote did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Patricio Costa. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute of the match Meninos De Cotia got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvestre Corderro ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, Meninos De Cotia could leave the field as winners, despite Venezuela having more of the ball for most of the match.
