Madrid City FC's attentive Winarto Rahardjo managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Madrid City FC's M. Fachrul Risnandar got a free kick in the 45th minute.

55 minutes into the game, Matthew Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Madrid City FC's Winarto Rahardjo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 73rd minute, Didiet Jeliteng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The attack was good, but when Didiet Jeliteng in the 90th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. There was no doubt that Madrid City FC were the better team. Madrid City FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
