The corner led USA's Cassius Byrne to fire away a dangerous shot which Fülöp Marton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Diego Bradley got a throw-in 14 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Monty Rogers. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 18th minute of play forced White Raven FC.'s goalkeeper Fülöp Marton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 36th minute of play forced White Raven FC.'s goalkeeper Fülöp Marton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Cassius Byrne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fülöp Marton was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Boris Specht was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. White Raven FC.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 71st minute Paris Amsterdam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fülöp Marton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. USA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
