This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Lautaro Navarro as he didn't even see the shot coming. 9 minutes into the game, Milagros Cabal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa La Perla the free kick. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 9th minute. Eugenio Kelemen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The throw-in from Cleto Urti in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. 21 minutes into the match, Villa La Perla's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Adan Bembe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Eugenio Kelemen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes in the game Cleto Urti did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Isaac Eleder. Esteban Carvallo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Eugenio Kelemen in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 33 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cleto Urti who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Cleto Urti got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Omar Polentzi sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Eugenio Kelemen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Dario Matro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Villa La Perla getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Delmar Machado hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugenio Kelemen made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Dario Matro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Eleder, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Luca Espinar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cleto Urti in the 66 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugenio Kelemen in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Cleto Urti in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. A collision led to Villa La Perla getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jorge Aragones hit a great ball. Villa La Perla's Adan Bembe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Villa La Perla from getting a goal against them. Adan Bembe made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. Alberto Domingues made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jorge Aragones immediately put the ball in play. In the 92nd minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudio Paskal's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Paskal helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Villa La Perla! The referee gave Honduras a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edmundo Espiga, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Villa La Perla's Adan Bembe. 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Honduras players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Villa La Perla.
