Delfino Reyes scored 2-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Noel Seide, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Noel Seide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guter De Pablo in the 13th minute. Anakoz Blanco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Alphonse went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Noel Seide didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 17th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. Mero Crespo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The Rentería F fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in Haiti's zone, Delfino Reyes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noel Seide came out of the goal and Delfino Reyes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Higuera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Haiti's Noel Seide got control of the ball when Juan Higuera tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonathan Alphonse made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Saint Jean Pierre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hechter Llorca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Noel Seide. Haiti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Juan Higuera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Elazar Checa came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mero Crespo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Hechter Llorca kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide.
