Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abram Sarmiento took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Niklas Lundqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niklas Lundqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 9 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marcos Basso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Basso having to make a save. When Axel Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Montenegro couldn't finish the play. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by The Shadows's Herbert Holmgren. But to his dismay, Herbert Holmgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Marcos Basso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute of the match Colombia got a corner. The Shadows's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Axel Montenegro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Colombia's Antonio Indiano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bo á Bø in the 24 minute of the game. Axel Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marcos Basso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Axel Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Shadows's Marcos Basso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcos Basso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 30th minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcos Basso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 45th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niklas Lundqvist to make the kick off. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Abram Sarmiento hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Basso. The Shadows's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Axel Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Marcos Basso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. The Shadows's Ni Yu Feng was substituted for Bo á Bø. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. After having played for 74 minutes, Kevin Mastache managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colombia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Mastache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Abram Secada kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Basso. That made the score 2-3 in the 75 minute of play. With a little luck, The Shadows's Marcos Basso got control of the ball when Ignacio Mastache tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niklas Lundqvist took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. In the 91st minute Niklas Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Åke Andreasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Basso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Carballar in the 94th minute. In the 95th minute, Torgny Söderström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Shadows fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Shadows fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
