Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Iaki in the 11th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Congo Bongo's zone, Joel Gaona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Máté Márton came out of the goal and Joel Gaona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luca Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Andrew Specht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Luca Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
