Elpidio Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 3rd minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Karbowski came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 9th minute of play forced Timo!'s goalkeeper Elpidio Amor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes Timo!'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. If Franco Benvenuto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Amor came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Cassius Byrne. But to his dismay, Cassius Byrne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19th match minute, USA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zach Harrison to maneuver through the defense. Izydor Karbowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Timo!'s Izydor Karbowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marco Day. That made the score 1-1 after 25 minutes of play. Elpidio Amor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes Timo!'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cassius Byrne who took care of the corner kick. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ilie Hurmuz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franco Benvenuto got free with Marco Day in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Santos Burutzagi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Cassius Byrne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With an all-out effort, USA's Elpidio Amor threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Monty Rogers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Elpidio Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 55th minute of the match. Timo!'s Tomas Gelacio was substituted for Izydor Karbowski. Timo! made a substitution. Arquímedes Cesario replaced Ilie Hurmuz. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandr Lunin, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Amor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandr Lunin in the 74th minute of play. Edward Mcdonald scored 1-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elpidio Amor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob May got free with Elpidio Amor in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Tomas Gelacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Timo!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Gelacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elpidio Amor didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-3.
