Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes of play, Furia Albiceleste's Leon Silvanito made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Furia Albiceleste the free kick. In the 11th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. When Jonathan Venegas fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Jonathan Venegas a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. 15 minutes into the match, Leon Silvanito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Silvanito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Denis Ascencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Otsando came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 郑阳洋. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Ramon Quinito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Pillud kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Patricio Costa might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 郑阳洋. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patricio Costa ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 40 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leon Silvanito made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ramon Quinito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Furia Albiceleste's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Quinito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Silvanito in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After 61 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Joshua Secada. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Ascencio in the 62nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernesto Acher who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Furia Albiceleste's Denis Ascencio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Furia Albiceleste's goalkeeper 郑阳洋, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Leopoldo Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furia Albiceleste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Otsando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Furia Albiceleste's Arnaud Billen was substituted for Silvio Marquez. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Silvanito in the 81st minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with 郑阳洋 in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Silvanito came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denis Ascencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Furia Albiceleste walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
