Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 5th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christoffel Portmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christoffel Portmans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Dreigoten's goalkeeper Christoffel Portmans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnout Worteleers. Christoffel Portmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Andino, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Wirinckx came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludwig Van der Borght recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnout Worteleers in the 34th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Wirinckx in the 35th minute of play. Christoffel Portmans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Wirinckx in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when SK Dreigoten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nickolas Wittemans didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, SK Dreigoten's goalkeeper Christoffel Portmans had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luis Andino. 75 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Wirinckx came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 84th minute. The supporters of SK Dreigoten booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. With a little luck, SK Dreigoten's Christoffel Portmans got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Jeffrey Degryse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. SK Dreigoten were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ecuador for a fine match.
