The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Melquiades Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 11th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Melquiades Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Melquiades Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Villa in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, Chuscha FC - Ψ - was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Macerio to maneuver through the defense. Dante Urko made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ivan Dolcet. 30 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Ondino came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes in the game Dante Urko did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ivan Dolcet. Luca Espinar kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Americo Guerrero. Marcos Macerio charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcos Macerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Marcos Macerio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. Rafael Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s goal looked a bit too open when Moises Tafalla came free, but Melquiades Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Ondino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Iago in the 61st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute of the match, Sebastian Villa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Melquiades Maura saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcos Macerio kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Ivan Dolcet got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dalmacio Iago. Melquiades Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Chuscha FC - Ψ - booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Navarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Americo Guerrero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Honduras's Sebastian Villa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Maura. That made the score 0-1 after 94 minutes of play. Honduras played a much better game than Chuscha FC - Ψ - and deserved their victory. The Chuscha FC - Ψ - players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
