Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sacronas Futbol Club's Denis Stanislao. But to his dismay, Denis Stanislao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 10th minute, Denis Stanislao reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Sacronas Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Regis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Denis Stanislao made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute, Denis Stanislao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Santos Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Denis Stanislao took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Sacronas Futbol Club's Santos Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Sacronas Futbol Club's corner Hernan Crespo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. With 56 minutes on the clock, Kürşat Hamurcu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 56 minutes into the game, one of Sacronas Futbol Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sacronas Futbol Club:s Santos Sidro showed great skill when he stopped Tomas Illescas:s penalty. Venezuela's attentive Salvador Gisbert managed to snatch the ball when Beyhan Oğuzer made a throw-in in the 61st minute of the game. After 63 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Santos Sidro in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denis Stanislao scored 7-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Sacronas Futbol Club getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Saul Lon hit a great ball. In the 72nd match minute, Sacronas Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Santos Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Santos Sidro made a huge save. After having played for 84 minutes, Denis Stanislao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacronas Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Stanislao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santos Sidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88thth minute of the game Denis Stanislao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
