The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alexandros Peropoulos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 9th playminute. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Alexandros Peropoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Barrialito AFC's Alexandros Peropoulos was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 18th minute, Alexandros Peropoulos made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Alexandros Peropoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrialito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Peropoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant had in the 93rdth minute some difficulties stopping Jaime Eleazar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Natalio Bieito had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Bieito was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Natalio Bieito struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrialito AFC. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Barrialito AFC fully deserved thier win.
