In the 10th minute, Čubrilo Romero made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Psycho-Circus's Talib Temelj. But to his dismay, Talib Temelj quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talib Temelj in the 16th minute of play. Taniel Jaanovits kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. A hard shot by Andres Calamaro from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 33 minutes, Čubrilo Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Psycho-Circus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Čubrilo Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 武 杨广 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Psycho-Circus's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but 邓真义 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Psycho-Circus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Talib Temelj didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio-Paul Caniggia came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Claudio-Paul Caniggia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Psycho-Circus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 邓真义 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 邓真义 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邓真义 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Claudio-Paul Caniggia struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Psycho-Circus. In the 75th minute, 武 杨广 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 played minutes Psycho-Circus got a freekick which was hit by Taniel Jaanovits. Psycho-Circus made a substitution. Alexis MacAlister replaced Adolfo Salvino. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 邓真义 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Psycho-Circus's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 邓真义 came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by 武 杨广 in the 97th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
