In the 20thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ñacuñán AC's Raul Lipp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raul Lipp having to make a save. Ñacuñán AC's Raul Lipp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play forced Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Raul Lipp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raul Lipp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 39th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hector Fero fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ñacuñán AC's protests and gave Hector Fero a yellow card for diving instead. Ñacuñán AC made a substitution. Cosme Lauaxeta replaced Luis Bartoleme. After a rather tough play, Ñacuñán AC's Hector Fero got a free kick in the 48th minute.

A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Felix Garrido hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Elpidio Ekain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ñacuñán AC made a substitution. Santos Cayo replaced Hector Fero. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Raul Lipp made a huge save. 63 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Raul Lipp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Ñacuñán AC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa scored to the left of an out of position Raul Lipp, making the score, 0-3. After having played for 66 minutes, Elpidio Ekain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ñacuñán AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Ekain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute Elpidio Ekain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Mariano Lacasa made a precise shot to the right of Raul Lipp. Ñacuñán AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Ekain in the 74th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Elpidio Presebal threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chile's Gerardo Pozo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 82 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán AC's goalkeeper Raul Lipp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. Elpidio Ekain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thiago Pliego read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Ñacuñán AC were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cosme Lauaxeta took the corner. Elpidio Ekain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. Chile played a much better game than Ñacuñán AC and deserved their victory. The Ñacuñán AC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
