Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Victor Bazkoare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobo Santxol got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erasmo Lorencio went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 叶翀文 was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 21st minute. Rivermania FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Erasmo Lorencio sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 33 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Flor came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Rosendo Flor almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. With 44 minutes on the clock, Camilo Gaos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Victor Bazkoare walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Flor to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Joshua Secada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 53rd minute 叶翀文 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Abuy Husodo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abuy Husodo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute. In the 67th minute, Rigoberto Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erasmo Lorencio in the 69th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Bazkoare in the 71st minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, 叶翀文 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 叶翀文 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Rivermania FC made a substitution. Ana Tatangelo replaced Erasmo Lorencio. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rosendo Flor's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 92nd minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the game, Rivermania FC's Rosendo Flor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Rivermania FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
