Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Celso Eiró started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Adérito Pinheiro came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adérito Pinheiro went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ricardo Zorita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adérito Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedito Rebelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Eiró got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Celso Eiró sent off a good shot on target. Celso Eirós short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Ricardo Zorita to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The GD Almargense fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when GD Almargense's Celso Eiró looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Celso Eiró scored 3-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joshua Curbelo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jesus Carvallo hit a great ball. Celso Eirós short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Ricardo Zorita to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 40 minutes, Celso Eiró made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ricardo Zorita made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Celso Eiró sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita got control of the ball when Adérito Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ricardo Zorita stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celso Eiró's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adérito Pinheiro in the 56th minute of play. GD Almargense's Alexandre Valadares was substituted for Benedito Rebelo. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zarco Patrício in the 70th minute of play. Ricardo Zorita didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandre Valadares went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. GD Almargense's Claudemiro Tristão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Luque in the 75th minute of play. Claudemiro Tristão had great luck who in the 75thth minute grab hold of the ball when Abram Luque from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 88 minutes into the game, GD Almargense's Jacinto Baldaia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. If Carlos Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Alexandre Valadares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Zorita was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0.
