Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Mohammed took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Facundo Cadaval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the game, Daniel Skrzypiec recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Daniel Skrzypiec showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Rocky Dejardin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Los Baisanos فلسطين's Jorge Mohammed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Jorge Mohammed despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jorge Mohammed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 82nd minute of play. Los Baisanos فلسطين made a substitution. Samir Mustafa replaced Jörg Hannemann. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Los Baisanos فلسطين's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jorge Mohammed in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Joel Gaona's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Jorge Mohammed on his right side and into the goal. 84 minutes into the game it was 1-3. In the 88th minute, Joel Gaona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mexico! The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mexico walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
