Urbasa Jofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Urbasa Jofre came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ...ASGARD... getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Cosmin Balaban hit a great ball. Venezuela's Patricio Costa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wilson Pereira, made in the 44th minute of the game. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind ...ASGARD...'s goalkeeper Urbasa Jofre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Dahlqvist in the 47th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal.
