Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Hendrickx's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Hendrickx in the 12th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Marciano Hendrickx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Beek City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Xavier Figueroa heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Arian Beqaj made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. After 63 minutes Beek City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Arian Beqaj in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Hendrickx came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Arian Beqaj made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Marciano Hendrickx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beek City's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Hendrickx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, Beek City could leave the field as winners, despite Chile having more of the ball for most of the match.
