Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jaime Pardo made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute Alberto Iezzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 5th minute of play forced Stintino FC's goalkeeper Antonello Ranieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Iannucci came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 6 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Hector Covarrubias. Jacobo Nores was a little too slow when Arrigo Iannucci got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Stintino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Antonello Ranieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Arrigo Iannucci came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacobo Nores was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Arrigo Iannucci capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arrigo Iannucci really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Alex Rizzo sent off a good shot on target. Antonello Ranieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 23rd minute of play. Arrigo Iannucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. Stintino FC's Arrigo Iannucci was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 26th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Arrigo Iannucci hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arrigo Iannucci in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. In the 32ndth minute of the game Arrigo Iannucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Arrigo Iannucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. Primitivo Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Arrigo Iannucci made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Attilio Losito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stintino FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 52nd minute, Stintino FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hector Covarrubias fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 53 minutes, Jaime Pardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Pardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Iannucci in the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Primitivo Escribano hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Elia Scalabrino threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paraguay's Raul Venegas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Iannucci in the 69th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Arrigo Iannucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After having played for 74 minutes, Arrigo Iannucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stintino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arrigo Iannucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Juan Diego Tenorio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stintino FC the free kick. After 75 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Juan Diego Tenorio. 76 minutes into the game, Arrigo Iannucci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Jacobo Nores was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Stintino FC's Arrigo Iannucci in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paraguay's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute Arrigo Iannucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arrigo Iannucci went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arrigo Iannucci in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacobo Nores saved Paraguay from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Paraguay players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Stintino FC.
