Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Samuel Souza took the kick off in the first half of the match. Angelo Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 5th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Vimaro in the 7th minute of play. Fausto Vimaro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Lacasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Fausto Vimaro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Lautaro Mancebo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Velasco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Futbol Club RRFV's André Luís Martins got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 19th minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Angelo Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes Futbol Club RRFV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Facundo Cadaval managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 23rd minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Vimaro in the 32nd minute of play. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 36th minute of play. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuel Souza. In the 47th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Velasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Didi Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Didi Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd minute, Didi Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Souza in the 56th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Vimaro in the 65th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Mancebo. Angelo Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 70th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Vimaro in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Angelo Velasco in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebos short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Angelo Velasco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Futbol Club RRFV's Angelo Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Futbol Club RRFV from getting a goal against them. Angelo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute of play. Mexico were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
