Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Caco Moura sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Don Bray stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidoro Sarmiento's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Caco Moura scored 2-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Cotilla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Caco Moura made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, The Globo Red's Rudolf Rus made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute of the match, Tomas Berganza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Don Bray saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Aaron Barrios hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Will Budden's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 67 minutes in the game Matthew Garrido did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Abraham Alguacil. Don Bray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cambeiro in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, The Globo Red's Kang Han Le got a free kick in the 80th minute. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caco Moura's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Moura came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The The Globo Red fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when The Globo Red's Caco Moura looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Caco Moura might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caco Moura ran back to his position shaking his head. The Globo Red's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
