Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bartolo Estebe kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Bartolo Estebe lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Demonde Jacobson. In the 6th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leron Sale to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the game, Geroy Ascue was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jamaica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Candela FC the free kick. Geroy Ascue kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When Leron Sale fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jamaica's protests and gave Leron Sale a yellow card for diving instead. Leron Sale hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Vicente Gerazan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. La Candela FC's Vicente Urre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karlus Waugh in the 16th minute of play. Bartolo Estebe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Romon Oliver got a free kick in the 19th minute. When Gonzalo Arotza came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the La Candela FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Arotza couldn't finish the play. Demonde Jacobson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angel Macerio in the 21st minute. Leron Sale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Urre having to make a save. Bartolo Estebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angel Macerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, La Candela FC's Angel Macerio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Angel Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. In the 47th minute, Romon Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Finlay Stair to strike the kick off in the second half. La Candela FC's Bartolo Estebe got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Angel Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogelio Montes during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jamaica booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, La Candela FC's Vicente Urre got control of the ball when Romon Oliver tried to sneak it across the goal line. Demonde Jacobson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Estebe's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. La Candela FC's Angel Macerio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Jamaall Padmore got a free kick in the 66th minute. Bartolo Estebe struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Demonde Jacobson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Candela FC. 74 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Arotza came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolo Estebe in the 78th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Macerio couldn't finish the play. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Urre came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Jamaica's Finlay Stair. But to his dismay, Finlay Stair quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1.
