Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Rikard Moberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fcion C.A.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Rikard Moberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play forced Fcion C.A.'s goalkeeper Olgierd Walczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Juan Sebastián Puig managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Muñoz in the 21st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Fcion C.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Olgierd Walczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Benjamim Rollheiser came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Fcion C.A. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamim Rollheiser couldn't finish the play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olgierd Walczak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute David Muñoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Olgierd Walczak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig pulled a muscle in his back after 43 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 45th match minute, Fcion C.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Rollheiser to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Muñoz was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olgierd Walczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olgierd Walczak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 60th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgierd Walczak having to interfere. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Olgierd Walczak made a huge save. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Muñoz's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Olgierd Walczak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Moberg in the 74th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamim Rollheiser, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Fcion C.A.'s Olgierd Walczak got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim Rollheiser in the 85th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Gündüz Yalavaç came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fcion C.A.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rikard Moberg in the 87th minute. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Fcion C.A.'s David Muñoz. But to his dismay, David Muñoz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Benjamim Rollheiser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fcion C.A. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ecuador had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
