When H4K.BR's Xiao Zhen Yun, in the 11th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for H4K.BR. 15 minutes into the game, Leonardo Leoz threw the ball into play from the sideline. H4K.BR's Martin Zafiu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 19 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Joel Gaona. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Zhen Yun in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Buccella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. H4K.BR's Antonio Buccella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 25th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Xiao Zhen Yun notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Buccella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Ovidiu Goanță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Ali Yücesan kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Mexico booed when H4K.BR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor da Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ahmet Ali Yücesan managed to get in a good position for a shot. H4K.BR's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Ali Yücesan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Zhen Yun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. H4K.BR's Antonio Buccella proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save H4K.BR from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 61st minute of play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xiao Zhen Yun went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xiao Zhen Yun's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Leonardo Leoz hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. H4K.BR made a substitution. Tarcisio Severo replaced Ovidiu Goanță. H4K.BR made a substitution. Reynaldo Travassos replaced Ahmet Ali Yücesan.
