Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivo Calado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ivo Calado had several of the Uruguay's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 6 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Joaquin Gayoso as he didn't even see the shot coming. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobias Truylos in the 10th minute. In the 21st match minute, Terapia Intensiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Fernanco to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Melquiades Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Francisco Seco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Otoniel Bonet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Terapia Intensiva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chuck Hammons didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 32nd minute of play forced Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Otoniel Bonet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Terapia Intensiva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Fernanco to maneuver through the defense. Uruguay were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Terapia Intensiva's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Cazalla took the corner. The corner led Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo to fire away a dangerous shot which Otoniel Bonet despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otoniel Bonet was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Melquiades Beila hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Otoniel Bonet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Otoniel Bonet saved Terapia Intensiva from getting behind. The attack was good, but when Francisco Seco in the 46th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Terapia Intensiva's Otoniel Bonet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Terapia Intensiva from getting a goal against them. Otoniel Bonet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Otoniel Bonet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Seco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Otoniel Bonet came out and tried to block the shot, but Francisco Seco slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 59th minute. Terapia Intensiva's Ivo Calado got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Otoniel Bonet having to make a save. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Terapia Intensiva's goalkeeper Otoniel Bonet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Terapia Intensiva's Lucio Luix got a free kick in the 75th minute. Otoniel Bonet stood somewhat misplaced when Francisco Seco came free in front of goal and shot 2-2 to the left of him in the 77 minute. When Tobias Truylos came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Terapia Intensiva fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Truylos couldn't finish the play. Ivo Calado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquin Gayoso having to make a save. If Ivo Calado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute Ivo Calado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Calado in the 87th minute of play. When Bruno Montez fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terapia Intensiva's protests and gave Bruno Montez a yellow card for diving instead. Jaime Cazalla blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Otoniel Bonet having to make a save. In the 93rd match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Escribano to maneuver through the defense.
