Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Nobels IF getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Fred Pilblad hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the game, Isidoro Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Arvin Skager was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 11 played minutes Nobels IF got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Guimarães. After a rather tough play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a free kick in the 16th minute. A collision led to Nobels IF getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Fred Pilblad hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Nobels IF's Dorival Guimarães ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Nobels IF's Arvin Skager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Nobels IF's Dorival Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcos Cotilla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Arvin Skager tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nobels IF's Konrad Hellbom got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play forced Nobels IF's goalkeeper Arvin Skager to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dorival Guimarães to make the kick off. Nobels IF's Arvin Skager played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 54th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorival Guimarães in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Nobels IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Västlund to maneuver through the defense. Nobels IF's Mårten Hökkvist managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matthew Garrido in the 61 minute of the game. The supporters of Panama booed when Nobels IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Berdoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvin Skager took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcos Cotilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dorival Guimarães's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Arvin Skager made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 73rd minute of play. Arvin Skager made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. Miguel Miralles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Dorival Guimarães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Dorival Guimarães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Arvin Skager in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isidoro Sarmiento scored 2-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arvin Skager, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Nobels IF's Teobaldo Berdoi got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Panama players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
