Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Tristan in the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes in the game, Eliseo Mina fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hugo Orlando Gatti having to interfere. The throw-in from Emanuel Aurre in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Anthony Alvarado. In the 78th minute, Joaquin Prats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Orlando Gatti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julian Murillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 82 minute of play.
