Rodborough's Jagger Kaine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 8th minute of play. Herbert Czempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felix Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jagger Kaine having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jagger Kaine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. 27 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Jagger Kaine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 28th minute of play forced Rodborough's goalkeeper Jagger Kaine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jagger Kaine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 37th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jagger Kaine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Boguslaw Golaszewski in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Buck Smalley, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Rodborough's Jagger Kaine proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Rodborough from getting a goal against them. When Boguslaw Golaszewski came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Rodborough fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boguslaw Golaszewski couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goalkeeper Jagger Kaine had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rodborough's goalkeeper Jagger Kaine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Jagger Kaine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes Rodborough's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ecuador's Felix Montes to fire away a dangerous shot which Jagger Kaine despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 81st minute, Felix Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Daniel Zorita slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jagger Kaine. That made the score 1-2 after 82 minutes of play. Jagger Kaine made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute of play. When Antonio Arias fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Antonio Arias a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. 94 minutes into the game, Donato Montxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rodborough's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Rodborough was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Montxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Rodborough fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
