The crowd rose to their feet as Leonardo Poz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amílton Urbano. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Amílton Urbano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaspar Sabin. In the 20th match minute, BRASIL.Sp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeca Rosado to maneuver through the defense. Aureliano Obeko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Jerônimo de Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot. BRASIL.Sp's supporters rose to their feet, but Jerônimo de Salles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Obeko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Leones FC booed when BRASIL.Sp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Gaspar Sabin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Amílton Urbano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Horácio Ferraz kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Ignacio Cayo got a free kick in the 39th minute. After 43 minutes of play BRASIL.Sp's Gildo Nogueira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Gildo Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Ignacio Cayo got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Jerônimo de Salles made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Leonardo Poz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Amílton Urbano was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. If Gaspar Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jaime Mundo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. With a little luck, Leones FC's Aureliano Obeko got control of the ball when Zeca Rosado tried to sneak it across the goal line. BRASIL.Sp were furious when Yuri Aguiar was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Leones FC. Gaspar Sabin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Amílton Urbano. 5-1. If Alejo Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Ian Martins replaced Zeca Rosado. Amílton Urbano came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Leones FC's Jaime Mundo. But to his dismay, Jaime Mundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. After having played for 77 minutes, Gaspar Sabin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leones FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Sabin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 91st minute Leonardo Poz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean Simões charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean Simões the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Leones FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while BRASIL.Sp had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
