After having played for 3 minutes, Arthur Næsselund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esbjerg fB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arthur Næsselund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 4 minutes, Witalis Wykowski made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 7thth minute of the game Witalis Wykowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Walentin Venther charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walentin Venther the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 10 minutes, Witalis Wykowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RKS Królewscy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Witalis Wykowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Artur Filipowski came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the RKS Królewscy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artur Filipowski couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, Esbjerg fB's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Majkowski came free, but Christopher Mailykke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Witalis Wykowski in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christopher Mailykke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliusz Rode in the 21st minute of play. The RKS Królewscy fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when RKS Królewscy's Witalis Wykowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29th minute Igor Majkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Mailykke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When RKS Królewscy's Jerzy Zieba in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esbjerg fB's goalie prevented a goal. After 35 minutes of play, RKS Królewscy's Jerzy Zieba made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christopher Mailykke was left in no man's land by his defense there! Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witalis Wykowski in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witalis Wykowski made a kick off. Benth Fjordhøj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jerzy Zieba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kennet Schneidermann hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witalis Wykowski in the 61st minute of play forced Esbjerg fB's goalkeeper Christopher Mailykke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Majkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christopher Mailykke. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Majkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Witalis Wykowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Christopher Mailykke made a huge save. Christopher Mailykke stood somewhat misplaced when Witalis Wykowski came free in front of goal and shot 0-7 to the left of him in the 70 minute. Christopher Mailykke made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Witalis Wykowski sent off a good shot on target. Egil Holmelin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Aleksander Prosowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. RKS Królewscy's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Prosowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Mailykke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute Igor Majkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Mailykke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esbjerg fB's Christopher Mailykke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Zieba in the 89th minute of play. When the match was over RKS Królewscy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Esbjerg fB throughout the match.
