But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Knutsson couldn't finish the play. Osman Tekrim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pål Holm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 19 minutes, Güneş Arıtan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GALATASARAY O.Z.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Güneş Arıtan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Osman Tekrim during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Osman Tekrim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the game, Rutger Kjellberg lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Adem Vaha. Pål Holm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osman Tekrim, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Adem Vaha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rutger Kjellberg in the 31st minute of the match. In the 35th minute Rutger Kjellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adem Vaha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 37th match minute, San Fantastico 89ers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Ros to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in San Fantastico 89ers fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Pål Holm had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Osman Tekrim's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Pål Holm came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by GALATASARAY O.Z.'s Osman Tekrim. But to his dismay, Osman Tekrim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Osman Tekrim made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Güneş Arıtan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pål Holm was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osman Tekrim in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pål Holm saved San Fantastico 89ers from getting behind. 65 minutes into the game, Cihat Balkoç threw the ball into play from the sideline. San Fantastico 89ers's Robin Juhlin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 65 played minutes San Fantastico 89ers got a freekick which was hit by Robin Juhlin. In the 69th minute, Bo Ekenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Güneş Arıtan in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pål Holm, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Pål Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osman Tekrim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Olof Påk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Adem Vaha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osman Tekrim in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pål Holm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pål Holm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Tekrim in the 78th minute of the match. In the 86th minute Rutger Kjellberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adem Vaha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Ediz Refiğ hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güneş Arıtan got free with Pål Holm in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pål Holm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Güneş Arıtan in the 93rd minute.
