Isaac Garoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo 11's Gualterio Aragones got a free kick in the 25th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Orland was the one to do the kick off. If Octavio Lizbeth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Robustiano Abastas fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Absolut Rasta FC's protests and gave Robustiano Abastas a yellow card for diving instead. Robustiano Abastas kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Astigar got free with Leo Tolino in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaac Garoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Orland, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Absolut Rasta FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after San Lorenzo 11's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Melchor Jenaro took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Augusto Orland got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score.
