Eusébio Albuquerque breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, one of Santo Amaro AC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Santo Amaro AC. Eusébio Albuquerque had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Mark González's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Saverio Grebe's late challenge caught a Santo Amaro AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Grebe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, Capo de Provincia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Grebe to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jimeno Montalva during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Capo de Provincia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Santo Amaro AC:s goal.

Ceandro Zumaeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Bertassi in the 70th minute of the match. Juninho Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
