Bebeto Vaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for COURO COME FC. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Café DE PLOEG's Maurus Roose got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bebeto Vaz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tião Castro in the 64th minute of play forced Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Arne Kest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Kest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilian Carioca in the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when Café DE PLOEG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karel-Jan De Keijsere didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Café DE PLOEG eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
