In the 12th minute Cumhur Talut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Paulo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cumhur Talut in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Paulo Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Luiz Paulo Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaşar Sefercik in the 16th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Ramiro Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sedat Bilen's late challenge caught a LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sedat Bilen helped the player get up and apologised. Sedat Bilen hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. A collision led to LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Roberto Ortiz hit a great ball. Cumhur Talut got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 2-0 in the right cross in the 29th match minute before Luiz Paulo Diniz had time to react. In the 36th minute Edu Negri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dursun Ali Mensur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Negri in the 44th minute of play forced SEFEROĞULLARI's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Mensur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Mustafa Ekrem Ozansoy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 51st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Roberto Ortiz scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dursun Ali Mensur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's zone, Cumhur Talut stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Paulo Diniz came out of the goal and Cumhur Talut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basri Kuddus came free, but Luiz Paulo Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Yaşar Sefercik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC made a substitution. Silvério Aparecido replaced José Paulo Paiva. LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Adalberto Amorim was substituted for Inácio Montenegro. After a rather tough play, LADEIRA DO BATISTA FC's Ramiro Cerezo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. SEFEROĞULLARI's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
